Results!

The blood test results were negative so no coeliacs! I'm happy about it and hope the results are accurate.

However... I asked the doctor (over the phone) if that means I have some kind of sensitivity to gluten then... she said 'well no, that is what the test was for. You don't have coeliacs so you don't have any problem with gluten'.

Now that confused me. I thought coeliacs is an autoimmune disease and a person can be gluten sensitive without coeliacs.

I said I kept a diary of my symptoms (which were far from normal) and she said I need to book an appointment with another doctor if I want to discuss it further.

*sigh* I'm glad its nit coeliacs but I'm now more confused than ever.
